3. Responsibility

Bakhla International Travels holds no responsibility for luggage loss, injuries, damages, accidents, or additional expenses due to flight delays, misconnections, sickness, bad weather, strikes, war, quarantine, breakdowns (including transport breakdowns), or airport closures due to war, or any personal issues of the pilgrim, etc. The consumer must bear these costs without holding the company or its employees accountable. The group leader and group members are also not responsible for the situations mentioned above, or any other similar circumstances.

As a Hajj, Umrah, and Ziyarat tour operator, Bakhla International Travels does not operate or control the airlines, hotels, transportation, laundry services, or any other facilities or services mentioned in the brochure. Our company selects and chooses the best services to ensure a smooth pilgrimage tour for Hajj, Umrah, and Ziyarat. Therefore, the company or its employees cannot be held responsible for improper services provided by any airline, transport provider, hotel, or any other service provider for any injury, death, loss, or damage caused by the actions or defaults of their management or employees, or any actions of co-passengers.

Bakhla International Travels will also not be held responsible for any loss, delay, damage, fading of color, stains, or shrinking of clothes caused by laundry services.

Bakhla International Travels makes all the necessary arrangements for hotels, flights, transportation, etc., to ensure a smooth tour for the pilgrims, taking full care of them. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, Bakhla International Travels reserves the right to make alterations to the package or services without prior notice to the pilgrim. The passenger must accept these changes, and no refund or claims will be entertained.

Once you enter Saudi Arabia, you are not allowed to leave your group. If you choose to quit from Bakhla International Travels, you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation. Room service is not available.

We do not have control over such unexpected situations. These decisions are typically made by the government of the respective country, and under such circumstances, no refund will be provided. All passengers are required to abide by the laws of that country. Luggage allowances will be specified in the ticket. If the luggage exceeds the specified limit, the passenger will be responsible for the additional charges. Bakhla International Travels will not be liable for any excess luggage charges. All acknowledgements are provided in the Privacy Policy of Bakhla International Travels.

7. Authorization

I (the Customer) hereby authorize and give consent to Bakhla International Travels to send me, either directly or through any third-party service provider, various information, alerts, SMS, other messages or calls, or commercial communications, and other services to the aforementioned telephone numbers, whether these numbers are registered with the National Do Not Call Registry or listed in the National Customer Preference Register or not.
